Video presentation of Basilica – two-player tile board game

If we had to describe the Basilica in a few words, we would have to mention that at each turn, players place tiles to enlarge the cathedral and create areas of a single color while also placing pawns that represent builders on tiles in order to gain advantages. In addition, players execute orders to move or remove builders, increase abilities, block spaces, or tear down parts of the cathedral that were built earlier. Points are scored three times during the game, and after scoring the third time, the game ends.

Oh, well… we need to admit – Basilica can be quite a mean board game!

We are bookworms. Movie maniacs. Story addicts. We grew up reading Tolkien, Howard, Herbert, Dick, Lem… We were watching Willow, Blade Runner, Never Ending Story, Robin Hood…

And yet, we don’t write books… we don’t make movies. We don’t make those things, because we make games. We make games that tell stories.
