We are sorry. I could provide you with a whole host of excuses as to why there are errors in the Stronghold rulebook, but that’s all they are… excuses. The fact of the matter is, we messed up. Period. I personally wrote the rulebook and our team proofed it for accuracy and you know what… we missed some stuff. Things were lost in translation or simply overlooked, and we are truly sorry. Portal Games has many mantras that we operate by, but the foremost is simple: Never violate the trust of our fans. You expect perfection from us, and we expect it from ourselves. The rules, as printed, are less than perfect and for that we are deeply sorry. I have updated the rulebook here to reflect your concerns and we are working towards providing a detailed FAQ to cover all your questions and concerns. Again, I apologize and ask your forgiveness.
