Portal Games announces Essen releases

Gliwice, Poland – August 26th, 2019. Portal Games will release three brand new products at Essen Spiel 2019 in Germany. Prêt-à-Porter will make its debut at the show along with expansions for Neuroshima Hex and the newly released Imperial Settlers: Empires of the North. Pre-orders will be available soon for on-site pickup.

Originally released in 2010, Prêt-à-Porter has been given new life with a wildly successful Kickstarter campaign earlier this year. Prêt-à-Porter is an economic strategy game in which players are attempting to run successful fashion companies, competing in design shows and selling their designs. The game is for 2-4 players and plays in about 90 minutes.

The world of Neuroshima Hex expands once again with a new faction: Sand Runners. These highly specialized warriors who fought Moloch in the early days of the war. Sand Runners features new gameplay mechanics with a double-sided HQ and a new type of battle tile: Sand Storm.

Japanese Islands will be the first expansion for Imperial Settlers: Empires of the North which was released earlier this year at Gen Con 2019. Japanese Islands introduces the Japanese faction from Imperial Settlers to the clans of Empires of the North with 2 new faction decks, and additional islands for players to visit.

All three titles will be available for pre-order with an Essen pick-up option from publisher’s website. Pre-orders guarantee availability at the show and will remain open until the week before the show. These titles will be available in retail after the show.
