Welcome to Detective: A Modern Crime Board Game “Suburbia” Case! This is a bonus case, which can be played even if you don’t own and haven’t played the base game yet. Here you will find all the game rules and materials necessary to play the case.
“Suburbia” is a standalone short case with a playtime of around 90 minutes. It provides a perfect opportunity for those who would like to try out the game for the first time as well as those who already played the base game and are looking for a case to introduce new players to the game and invite friends to the hobby.

This demo case doesn’t require using Character Tiles included in the base game. Instead, use the Skill Tokens available on the provided demo board. To track how many Skill Tokens are left at your disposal, you can simply cross them off on the board.
