Problems with e-mail servers

Recently our external e-mail servers were not working properly, sometimes delaying your messages, other times completely blocking them. Our IT guys and gals our working right now to fix this problem and we would like to apologize for any inconvenience anyone, who might be affected.

At the same time, if you have tried to contact us recently, either via contact form on our website or directly by e-mail, we would like to ask you to wait for our reply until 12:00 PM CET. If you will not hear from us until then, please mark down that it is next attempt to contact us and send us your email again. Thank you for your patience.

    I got an email on August 3rd telling me that my order had been turned over to the shipping company. That was the last I’ve heard. That email included the following:
    DATE: 2017-08-03 09:19:35
    ORDER NUMBER: 571/07/2017

    Track the package

    There was no link and no number after the ‘Track the package’ line, so I have no way to find out whether my package was ever even sent. I’d appreciate hearing from you.

      Hello! Now our e-mail problems are solved, so please check your inbox for any replies from us (also please check spam folder). If there is no reply, please send us a copy of that e-mail again and it should reach shop customer service.
