It’s time to re-enter the world of the Imperial Settlers: Empires of the North – this time in legacy mode! Empires of the North: Wrath of the Lighthouse is a story expansion to the famous strategic board game by Joanna Kijanka (Robinson Crusoe: Mystery Tales, Neuroshima HEX: Beasts). The time of unrest has come in the Kingdom. The crops are poor, the Great Temple is in ruins and the mysterious followers of the Lighthouse appear on the horizon… Become the emperor’s advisor and save your country by playing a Campaign divided into 15 epic Scenarios. Wrath of the Lighthouse is compatible with other expansions, so you will be able to complete the campaign multiple times, each time playing as a different Clan!

The gameplay takes place over six weeks, and each day will be filled with a lot of duties – board meetings, transfers, stadium modernization and last but not least – matches. All this to be at the top of the league table at the end of the season. Eleven was a huge success during the crowdfunding campaign, gaining nearly 4,000 backers on Gamefound.

The new army plays on unprecedented rules, extending the standard Battlefield with special Water Spaces that only Pirates have access to. The large quantity of battle tiles allows them to control the pace of the game, which is crucial when it comes to planning the location of the headquarters throughout the whole game. You will play the Pirate Army without the Expanded Battlefield rules (5 and 6 player games, or expanded 4 player games).
