Portal Games announces My Happy Farm

A new English language edition of the award winning game from Mysterium designers Oleksandr Nevskiy and Oleg Sidorenko.

Gliwice, Poland – November 23rd, 2015. Today, Portal Games announced My Happy Farm, the award winning game from the same design team that brought you Mysterium.  Portal Games has been the publisher of the Polish edition since the first quarter of 2015. When the English rights became available, CEO Ignacy Trzewiczek happily jumped at the opportunity to secure worldwide English rights.

In My Happy Farm, the players must purchase, plant, and harvest crops in order to feed their animals and make them happy. Each turn, the players may only take 2 actions, and some plants take multiple turns to fully grow. The players must time their planting and harvesting to maximize their potential to feed their animals. There are a limited number of feeding cards available, so the players must be careful or someone else may purchase the cards first!

“We have very high hopes for this game,” says Portal CEO Ignacy Trzewiczek. “My Happy Farm has been very successful for us in Poland and we are excited to be the English language publisher.” For this new edition of My Happy Farm, portal has updated some aspects of the artwork and tweaked a few minor rules. With an all new rulebook that is family friendly, the game will appeal to families of both traditional and more modern board games.

My Happy Farm is for 2 to 4 players, ages 8 or older and takes approximately 30 minutes to play. The game includes 32 Animal cards, 59 Crop cards, 18 Feeding cards, 4 Farm boards, 30 Coin tokens, and a rulebook. My Happy Farm is scheduled to release worldwide in the first quarter of 2016.
