We now have the revised rules for Stronghold 2nd Edition available in our webstore for anyone who purchased the game in October 2015. If you are unsure if your game includes the revised rules or not, check the lower left of the front cover. The new rules are version 1.2.

This rules only applied for the 2 edition no? Did they work for the first edition? I ahve the first edition and they are also confusing. Many thanks
No, they do not apply to first edition. There will be a update kit available next year to update your first edition set to the new components and rules.
