• Hi, i have sent a password request after forgetting the login credentials. The email is recognized (we tried another email address and CAPS lock variant), but i received no email with the password reset. There is also no email in the junk folder . Can we have your help to solve this and resume our game? Cheers

• Password reset for Antares does not work – no email is sent. Can’t play without it!

  • Make sure you have entered the correct email address used to register an account on the Antares Database – the form is case sensitive. And please check spam folder for a potential reply.

  • Password reset didn’t work for me as well. I know it the right email as it tells me ‘We have e-mailed your password reset link!’ and I’ve checked my all folder’s including junk.

• Cant reset password Can you reset my whole login/password.

  It went down again…

  EDIT: There seems to be a DNS problem with the servers domain name. I found out that the DNS was resolved wrong (62.138.238.45) by my default Telekom DNS server. After changing my machines DNS to 8.8.8.8 (Google DNS) it worked and was resolved to the same IP (46.242.240.117) that my VPN resolved.

  I verified this behavior at two different Telekom Germany households.

  This seems to solve the problem, but what is needed now is a guide for non IT people to solve the problem with Server adresses!

• Well, not working for me, too. You’re right, I’m from germany too, and I’m using Telekom. But that can not be an apology for the fact, that half a country cannot play your game. As this is a problem known since two month, I really hope, that you are working hard for a solution, perhaps with the help of Pegasus and Telekom?
  Dangers like this must be know when developing an internet based game!

  Antara Database is not working well. Today we just had a small period of time that it was working but most of the time, as now for example, it broke down.
  You really have to fix that problem. Your customers are paying for a working game.

  • The problem does not lie on our end – we have many ways of monitoring our servers, and they are working as normal. You can check it here: https://www.isitdownrightnow.com/antaresdatabase.com.html. What’s more, we have players from all over the world playing without an issue in the exact same moment, when some players are reporting issues. For now we have been able to determine, that the only players that are having problems are from Germany, and they are all using Deutsche Telekom.

    We are looking into this, and we are considering some options, but for now it looks, like the problem lies with this particular ISP.

• Also server problems here. It worked at the beginning, 1 hour into the game the site stopped working. 🙁

• Useless! The Antares database is unusable so the game is a fail. If you haven’t bought it yet, don’t buy it! Could be a great game, but no one can play it!!!!
